Even the experts didn’t feel like experts

That is Rivka Galchen, who wrote about quantum computing for the New Yorker and is quoted in this article Explaining the Inexplicable. I loved the quote, and wish the world had more of that humility in it.  The article will probably be a neat read for anyone who is interested in UX.
