I really like the methodical approach you take, and your ideas for what tactics and effort are appropriate for each stage. I don't think we'll ever have it completely figured out, but finding ways to bring some order to the chaos really helps. I always wish I could provide more specific examples from my past experiences but I'm worried about violating trust and confidentiality agreements. It's funny -- I've always had passion and work ethic, but if anything now, with the help of some of the names I mentioned, I feel like I have more balance as well as more awareness of the fundamentals at work.
