Giff, great blog. Justin, that is a fantastic saying. Our startup team got a bit frazzled a few months back by a major market force releasing something that had about 10% to do with our product/service. Panic struck. Product shift was discussed. Even the developers stopped playing “Left4Dead2″ to see what was happening. Your quip summarizes what was conveyed, but I wish I would have had it at the ready when needed. Many thanks for another tool in the bag.

I would also add- all startups are naked in the mirror, whereas you only ever see your competitors fully dressed- and then only in their best clothes…
